Shop privacy.

The information needed to deliver your resources and help you access them.

Information we use

Ctrl+Alt+Elite Inc receives transaction details such as your checkout email, purchased product, payment status, order identifier, and the contact details you choose to provide. Stripe processes payment credentials; we do not store full card numbers. Support messages contain the information you submit. Hosting services may process request information such as IP address, device/browser details, and security logs.

Why we use it

We use this information to process and verify purchases, deliver resources, send transaction emails, recover access, prevent abuse, resolve support requests, handle refunds and disputes, and meet recordkeeping obligations. A purchase or recovery request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers

Stripe provides payment processing. Vercel hosts the sites and request handling. Supabase stores private download files and fulfillment records. Resend delivers transaction emails. These providers process information necessary for those functions under their respective terms and privacy policies; processing may take place in the United States and other countries. Third-party links, including Notion access for Study OS, are governed by their own privacy practices.

Download and recovery records

Private order and delivery records help us verify access and avoid duplicate emails. Recovery uses your checkout email; the webpage does not disclose whether an address has purchased. Rate limits and hashed identifiers help prevent abuse. Keep access links private because possession of a valid link can allow access to your purchase. File links expire, but your access page can generate a new link while your purchase remains eligible.

Retention and security

We retain purchase and support records for as long as reasonably needed to provide access, address disputes, comply with applicable obligations, and protect the service. Short-term abuse-prevention records are kept separately from purchase records. Access to private files and fulfillment data is restricted. No online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Use our contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to ask about other privacy rights available where you live. We may verify your identity and retain information required for legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes. Deleting information needed to verify your order may affect automated recovery; contact us to discuss options. Do not send passwords or card details.

Browsing and external resources

The scam library can be searched without an account or purchase. Search filtering runs in your browser. We do not ask you to submit suspected scams or personal incident details through the library. External reporting links open services operated by their respective agencies. This notice covers the resource shop; the main website privacy policy also explains general site practices. We will date material updates to this notice.
